Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
